Hi, I’m Tanya!
I Work With Trailblazers Who Refuse to Dim
And I’m pretty sure that means you.
You weren’t meant to shrink, second-guess, or carry brilliance quietly, hoping the world would notice.
You were meant to blaze.
As for me, I’m a Leadership Coach, International Speaker on the Imposter Complex, and the woman who pioneered the term Trailblazer’s Complex.
I work with leaders who are ready to stop performing power and start inhabiting it, even in the face of self-doubt.
They don’t come to me to become someone new. They come to remember who they are—and lead from there.
Everything Changed When I Heard These Words
My mother, Brenda Geisler, used to say, “Don’t postpone joy.”
She said it with grace. With care. With quiet (and not-so-quiet) conviction.
For years, I nodded in agreement. But I didn’t truly live it.
When she passed, her words stopped being a suggestion.
They became a sacred instruction.
I left the career that had looked impressive but felt empty.
I got certified. I got clear.
And I began building something aligned. True. Alive.
I started to get that joy wasn’t a byproduct of success.
But rather the source of it.
That’s when everything shifted.
The Imposter Complex Was Never the Whole Story
For years, I moved through life with the familiar weight of the Imposter Complex.
Overachieving. Overgiving. Overfunctioning.
Quietly convinced that success had been a mistake.
I wasn’t alone, in fact I was in excellent company.
I heard the same scripts echoed by the leaders I coached:
“They think I’m more capable than I am.”
“What if I’m not enough? What if I’m too much?”
“What if I fail—publicly?”
I named the patterns. Taught the tools.
And yet—I knew something deeper was stirring beneath it all.
What they carried wasn’t a dysfunction.
It was the natural, predictable tension that arises when you’re leading into uncharted territory.
And the moniker of “Imposter Complex” didn’t honour the fullness of that truth.
So I gave it a new name: The Trailblazer’s Complex.
It names what’s real for those who are first, only, different.
It names the ache—and the honour—of blazing a path no one else has walked.
This Work Has Global Reach and Deep Roots
I’ve spoken on stages across North America and Europe, from Oslo to Vancouver. And from Madison Avenue to farm silos in Topeka, and poolside in the Pyrenees, I’ve coached founders, authors, politicians, and leaders changing the game.
My work lives in boardrooms and salons, in keynote spotlights and whispered breakthroughs.
It’s designed for those who are ready to lead with resonance and rigour—no more shrinking, no more shapeshifting, no more delay.
I Know Who I Am—and How I Move
I’m a Generator with a Libra Sun, Gemini Moon, and Capricorn Rising.
This isn’t a personality quirk. It’s a structure.
It explains why I move with clarity, elegance, and ambition.
Why my work is rooted in both relational depth and strategic momentum.
Why I refuse to compromise resonance for results—or vice versa.
It informs how I build. How I live. How I lead.
And it shapes how I serve my clients at the highest level.

I Lead From What’s Lived, Not Theorized
I live in Toronto with my beloved family and far too many cats, a short walk from the water that grounds me.
I build my business around joy and truth.
I say no more than I say yes.
I create what I wish existed when I was in the questions.
I hold space for what others fear is too much.
My world is built on integrity, beauty, and liberation.
And my work reflects the same.

You Are an ICON.
It’s Time to Lead Like It.
This isn’t about becoming more.
It’s about unbecoming what was never true.
You don’t need more credentials.
You need clarity. Resonance. Alignment. Witness.
And from there—movement becomes inevitable.
This is the work of ICONIC leadership.
The kind that transforms rooms, cultures, industries, and legacies.
You’re not here to impress.
You’re here to impact.
Let’s begin.
